Healthy day

One area of my daily habits is healthy living. The category includes tasks for both physical and mental well-being. While I was on my one-year-ten-streak I obviously completed them all every day. After breaking the streaks the things haven't looked as good.

I still try to do as many of those as possible, but I've also started to not let myself complete them too easily (like I did during the super streak). While there hasn't been too many days with zero checkmarks in that category there hasn't been enough of those with all either.

It might be a bit too early to say whether the change has been good for my health yet. But at least there has been one thing out of my mind that I have definitely noticed: the missing anxiety of completing all the daily tasks.

I believe it's better to focus on fewer things properly than trying to do everything with the bare minimum. There are days when you don't feel like exercising or want to eat something unhealthy. And that should be ok, as long as it doesn't happen too often. It's also better to do a proper workout couple of days a week than a couple of pushups every day (but that's still better than nothing).

Yes I did get all the checkmarks today!
