Cheesy albums

There are music albums titled [movie name] ost which of course means the soundtrack of that movie. But ost is also cheese in swedish.

Finland is a bilingual country. Our official language besides Finnish is Swedish. This means that while only a fraction of Finns actually speak Swedish mostly everything needs to be labeled in both languages. It is also mandatory to study both languages in our schools.

So all those soundtracks just turn in my head into cheese. But it also happens the other way around. I've many times wondered what would the soundtrack of parmesan or cheddar sound like.

There are many such words in different languages that can cause confusion or just hilarious situations. Finding and understanding those is one of the perks of being multilingual.

One thing that I'm missing is the word for this phenomenon. There is usually a word for everything, but I couldn't find a definite term for this. Maybe there is one, it just means a different thing in languages I know.
