Long night

We spent last night at ER. Our youngest, who had been sick already several days called saying their condition was getting worse and after evaluating the options the best one turned to be picking them up from their home (65 km away, where I had dropped them earlier in the day) and go see a doctor in ER.

Of course the car had almost zero charge, so first thing was to get to the fast charger to get enough power to do the trip. It was the rare and unfortunate situation where this happened just when the battery was almost empty. Luckily there weren't much usage at the chargers so I was able to get power at the max rate. Only took half an hour to get enough juice. Not too bad, but still a half an hour delay.

When we finally got to the hospital there didn't seem to be that much queue. Only 4 other people waiting at the lobby so our hopes were up for a quick visit. Apparently there were other patients in the rooms as in the end it took four hours until it was our turn.

Luckily the appointment was fast and nothing critical was found. Regardless the wait, and stating up late it was worth it just for the pease of mind.
