I have thought that I have become rather good at self-reflection. But as it turns out, there is still a lot to learn about myself that I haven't yet realized.

I had another coaching session yesterday. It was a perfect point to reflect what's going on as my transformation between roles is nearly complete. During the session we discussed about what was my takeaways from the previous role, where I stand now and what are my plans for the future.
