Feeling tired

I don't always feel like full of energy, sometimes not even enough to do all my chores. But still, I have to keep going. There are things that need to be done.

Tiredness affects your mood and motivation. Everything seems harder and there doesn't feel to be any point of doing things. It's easier to just give up and go back to sleep.

Just get up and start doing things. Tell yourself you are not too tired, not tired at all even. Try to avoid those negative thoughts and focus on the doing. And keep in mind that once you are done you can get your rest.

Having good routines can help to get you started. You can do them even when you are not fully awake yet or already half sleep.

Also don't give up your daily habits even when not feeling like doing any. Just give yourself a bit of slack and do the bare minimum. Consistency is the key.
