First day at the gym

Now it has really started. Got a gym membership yesterday and did my first workout there.

It went better than expected. Considering last time I was at the gym I almost fainted around half way through. Well, during those days I didn't move much at all, now I have at least done something actively for the past few months. And it did show.

I still can't say I like or enjoy it, but having somebody to go with who can also guide with the moves helps. Sure I could have gotten myself an instructor if needed, but that would have been a social situation with a stranger. Two intimidating things at the same time, no thanks! I'm not that far yet.

But it's started now, from here it's just a matter of keeping up doing it. Maybe once I get used to it I might start to enjoy it. Or at least it won't feel that awkward anymore. Only time will tell.
