The hardest question

It's that time of the year again when everybody is asking the same question: what do you want for Christmas? Every year the same question and the same answer too. I don't know.

I acquire what I need, or want. What I can't is usually so expensive I doubt anybody would afford to get one of those for me as a present. And nobody seems to be willing to pitch in some money towards such things anyway so I could save up for them in the long run.

If it happens so that I need something just before Christmas sure I could wish for that. But then you would need to get me the exact make and model, not just any will do. I'm quite picky with those things.

Just get whatever you want. Something  you think I could enjoy. I don't care, it's the thought that counts. Bonus points for something immaterial, or at least consumable. We have more than enough stuff around the house so better if it doesn't take any precious space. Or just, you know, don't get anything at all. Buy something for yourself instead, or those in need instead, donate to some good cause. That would be perfect present for me.
