Even though we haven't even made an offer for the apartment I already have a lot of plans for it. So much that it would be shame if we wouldn't end up purchasing it. It also makes it harder to even think about any other options as of course my plans wouldn't fit in those places.
The biggest change would be the kitchen which, depending on the condition of the current furniture would be either a complete makeover or just a comprehensive facelift. Apart from that the other changes would be more technical: updating the electricity and air ventilation (if necessary), replacing the garage door and adding some intelligence to the lighting and heating/cooling systems. Outside, the terrace would also get a nice and cozy cat house (catio) for our cats.
Everything just feels like fitting in place. At least without any budget (and veto from wife) it seems perfect place to make a perfect home.
