Our big larp project is getting closer, it's less than five months until the first run. The planning and preparations have been going on for over a year already, but now it's time to start the big push towards the game.
My speciality area, the IT infrastructure hasn't been priority as there isn't much I could do much in advance. We have the same venue as last time, so there isn't even that much planning needed, just a few adjustments, fixes and improvements. Of course there might be new needs from other teams and that's I need to start being more active at this point so there is enough time to get everything they need.
The real work for me and my team only starts a month before the game when we can start building the venue. There is still plenty of time before that. Sure I'm also ready to help the other teams at this point if there is anything I can do for them.
