Endless possibilities

The A.I. graze is still going strong. While the new A.I. models promise all kinds of great advances and they do offer many kinds of help with common tasks there still hasn't been a true groundbreaking product coming out of it. It's more of a gradual improvements in many areas and even if it doesn't seem like a big change after the initial hype the change is definitely there. In the end it might be the biggest technological step forward we have ever taken.

Everybody wants A.I. but they don't really know what for. It's easy to see the promises potential, but harder to actually utilize it. Especially if you are looking for something really new and transformative solutions. That leads to pushing too far trying to come up with some novel ideas.

Instead it should be approaches more from the perspective of what can be improved by the A.I. Where can it be used to do things more efficiently, where it can help us the most and most of all - where can it replace tasks that are menial for us humans so we don't have to do those anymore.

The promise of A.I. is that it should free us from boring things and allow us to be more creative. But for now it looks like we leave those creative tasks for it and still keep grinding the boring ones ourselves.
