There is less than three months until our big larp event. While we have beem planning and preparing for it for well over a year there os still a lot to be done before the first players can step into our spaceship. Even though it will be a rerun of our 2019 game and we have tried to reuse aa much as possible from that run there is still a lot of new stuff to build.
Many of the things we built back then were so massive there was bo way to store them anywhere. Some things were even built in-place they had to be teared down anyway. We also didn't plan to redo the whole thung ever after the event was over. It was a great experience, but quite demanding from the whole team. Nobody was looking forward doing that ever again.
Many things were also borrowed or rented. Still need to find new (or old) places to borrow the same or similar equipment. Even on the software side, while it was well stored and documented we need to do some updates and fixes... and some new things as there are many new ideas we had since the last time. This is also an opportunity to improve things based on the feedback we received from the players back then.
Next three months will be busy times as we ramp up the action in preparation to welcome new (and old) players to experience something quite unique.
