We've had a couple of "springs" already this year only to be set back to the winter again. The first one was unexpected and came early. I'm sure nobody thought of that as the final one at the time.
The second time looked a bit more promising. It was late enough that it could have very well bean real, uet early spring. As with the first one this one too felt a little too good to be true. It was more than probable that we would still get a set back before the real spring would arrive.
Even if this is rather common patter every year there is one group of people that take any first signs of a spring way too optimistic: car owners. I know few people who already changed summer tires during the first "spring" and many changed them suring the second one. Yet here we are again, back to the winter wonderland. Even if the snow isn't really sticking around for long this time it can still be quite slippery especially during the night and morning times.
Even if those who did change the tires (and didn't change them back to winter ones) tey to drive as carefully as possible they are causing trouble at the traffic driving slowly and causing traffic jams.
