"Quick" nap

Today after I had finished my dinner I felt a vit tired. I decided to lay down on the couch and close my eyes for a moment.

After what felt like 15 - maybe 30 minutes max I opened my eyes. I felt a bit disoriented, thought I must have fallen a sleep for a moment - until I checked the clock: quarter past nine! I had slept for almost three hours.

I do occasionally take these afternoon naps, but even if I do fall asleep it's usually for half an hour max. Just enough to feel refreshed enough for the evening but not too much to not being able to get to sleep early enough for my regular schedule.

After I got up, still feeling a bit sleepy I also almost triggered my morning routine while feeding the cats. Only realized this when I had already water boiling on the kettle for my "morning" coffee.

I don't know why I was so tired today. I did sleep well last night and there wasn't anything heavy and tiring I would have done during the day.
