This Monday, after more than 5 years, 160 sessions, we finally had our final battle of our epic DND campaign! At the same time it's a triumphant moment but also sad as we need to say farewell to our beloved characters.
We still do have two sessions planned to recap our journey and tie up loose ends. We'll also discuss a little bit about what happens to our character, and the world after our adventure is over and the evil was defeated.
Even after that it's not a compete farewell to our characters. Our next campaign is already planned and will be set some 200 years after the events on this one. Some of our characters might still be around. If not in person at least on spirit. The epic stories will definitely carry on as legends that our new party might come across during their adventures.
The story might be over but the legends live on.
