I backed two boardgames last year on Kickstarter (ok, there might be more than two in total, but these were the big ones). The first one: Altar Quest during the first half of the year and the second: Etherfields towards the end of the year. They were both promising delivery during this year.
Of course the Covid situation had it's on effect on the delays, but getting close to the end of the year might have given some pressure for both projects deliveries. Despite all the challenges it seems they are both able to keep their promises after all: the former already arrived last week and the later should be here this week.
Getting two games at the same time despite ordering them half a year apart might sound like a great thing. But there has been barely any time to get the first game at the table and now there is another one already coming. It's hard to focus on one game when there are other games waiting for their turn. Besides I haven't finish all the old ones either yet. Need more time, or fewer games.
