Standing activity

Since I got my home office fully equipped and been working remote for there 100 percent of the time I have been standing a lot more than before. Now I don't spend 2 or 3 days sitting on a couch anymore.

The adjustable standing desk is great. I can stand, sit on a saddle chair or a regular one altering between different postures. I try to stand as much as possible, but it gets surprisingly heavy on the feet after a while. Especially when not having anything cushioning the soles. When I get tires I sit down for a while on the saddle. It's still better than outright sitting.

Home office setup

For years I have been working from home 2-3 days a week. So far I haven't had a proper home office setup. Instead I have been slouching on the couch or occasionally using our kitchen table. Not the most ergonomic setup, but fine as long as I haven't had to spend more than 1-2 days in a row there.
