Once again I'm moving forward at my work to try out new things. Or rather nothing new actually. I have been doing it a bit on the side for ages already. Now it's just becoming more formal part of my role.
And to make it more apparent, I'm also starting a training today focused on improving my skills needed on that role. Well, most of the persons involved in that area in our company will be taking the same training as we are trying to get us to the next level in that area.
It's exciting and scary at the same time. I still have a lot of responsibilities from my previous roles. This new role requires me to stretch myself quite far from my comfort zone. And it will bring a lot of new kind of responsibility along. So I am a bit nervous about it.
But on the other hand, I have noticed I do enjoy doing it. As I have had a chance to try it out lately in a couple of occasions it has been interesting. Challenging, yes. But that's pretty much what I'm always looking for to keep myself interested.
I'm going to be a salesperson.
