From vision to reality

Having a clear vision on how to do something is important. But that alone would not lead to anything without a proper execution.

Basically, there is two options: either you do it yourself or get somebody else to do it. Doing it yourself is easier, as long as you have the skills needed to do whatever is necessary. Or, if you don't have those you need to have enough time to learn them.

But the time is usually what you don't have. There isn't enough time to learn all those things. There probably isn't enough time to do everything in the first place if you are doing everything alone.

So better go with the option two. Get other people to bring your vision to life. That won't be easy either. Those others don't share your vision. You need to make sure it's clear enough to them so they can follow it. Or that the tasks you assign to them are well enough defined that they can be completed even without knowing how they git in to the big picture.

In the end its all about the communication. How clearly you can communicate your vision to those who are supposed to make it happen. And sometimes, even if you are doing it all alone, that part might fail.
