OnePlus 7T Pro first impressions

Now that I have had time to play around with my new phone it's time to write some first thoughts about it.

First thing that is apparent when you pick up the phone is that it's huge. Or at least it feels like it. After all, comparing to my previous phone it's just few millimeters more here and there. But all that space is occupied by a gorgeous curved screen. There are no bezels, notches or even punch holes. It's literally all screen.

To achieve this all screen design the front camera is hidden inside the phone. Popping out only when needed. It's a nice gimmick, especially when the fave unlock is enabled and it quickly pops out to see who's there when you double tap the screen.

The screen itself is crisp and looks stunning. The 90 Herts refresh rare makes everything really smooth. The only thing to complain about is the curvature at the screen edges. It can distort things in the far edge of the screen and there is also an annoying glare in certain lighting when the light hits the curvature. I can't wait to get a matte screen protector on top of it. As I generally don't like these glossy screens and also hoping it will reduce the glare on the edges.
