Ever got those weird thoughts in the shower? Small revelations of lifes simple things. Shower thoughts they are called while not strictly limited on having them while showering. They can you hit anywhere, anytime when there isn't anything else stealing your focus. When we have a chance to allow our mind to wander for a while it might encounter all sorts of interesting things.
While the concept might be older than mobile phones it makes sense in todays world. The shower is among the few strongholds left where those pervasive devices aren't stealing our attention. Everywhere else we are mesmerized by the light emanating from them.
Unfortunately many phone makers have started to ship their phones waterproof. The phones are already infiltrating to that last bastion of hope where we still can thing by ourself. Some of us just can't let go of those sticky things. Even for a moment.
I don't know. Perhaps this is just one of those shower thoughts? Maybe I'm getting too paranoid?
But I'm now going to stuck this phone into my pocket and stare blankly out of the window for the rest of the journey. Maybe I can catch few more interesting thoughts along the way.
