Auto complexity

I know I do a lot of spelling mistakes. Over the years I have learned to spell most words correctly and whenever I'm not sure I usually check the correct spelling. So most, if not all of those typos are accidental.

Sure I could (and I do, to some extend) use spell checker, autocomplete functionality or any other tools that could fix or point out those issues. But they aren't without their own problems either. They don't always offer the word I intended.

Autocorrect woes

Spell checker wit autocorrect, or even spelling suggestions is great. Unfortunately I have had some trouble with them lately. At some point I had to give up using Grammarly. It's a great tool and goes way beyond being just a simple spell checker. But when it started to completely eat random words instead of correcting them it made using it quite a nuisance.

Perils of autocorrection

Quite soon after starting to write I realized I'm in a dire need of spelling correction. I was writing quite poorly, both due to simply spelling some words outright wrong due not being a native speaker and because I mostly wrote on mobile, without proper keyboard or anything. Sure there was Androids own autocorrect, but more often than not, it was doing more harm than good. Writing in two languages can be challenging for those kind of things.
