Today is the day when our traininglarp project gets it final conclusion when we gather together to have a retrospective on the project. We will also go through the player feedback we have received about the game.
Today is also the day we get the keys to the school which, over the next three weeks, we are going to transform into a spaceship. Unfortunately I can't be personally present there from day one, but still its a beginning of the work we have been planning for over a year.
It has been busy year. Working on both of those projects hasn't always been easy. They might have suffered from the fact that at times I have been focusing entirely in only one or another. And even though for the last few weeks there has been only one it has still remained in my mind in some level. It's good to have a proper conclusion to it so I can move on. I need my full focus on this next project from now on.
Learning from this is, that no matter how much time there is, its not a good idea to try working on two separate projects of this scale at the same time.
